Dealer locator in San Antonio TX

I am new here, i just purchased a 2022 toyota tacoma. i am installing 5.29 gears next week and i want to set up the gear ratio in the truck. also at a later date install 295's. does anyone know a dealer or a shop in San Antonio where they can install an ov tune.
